We lost some existing insulation to make room for the new floor trusses, which were installed above the existing ceiling trusses. It looks worse than it is - we're keeping the house warm w/ the wood burning stove. Sub flooring should be installed by end of week. Next week - walls.

Keep the pictures coming, it is fun to see the progress. Glad you are staying warm, who's idea was this to start in the middle of winter?????
